As President of NGO - Shubkarman Health Care Society - remained involved in welfare of the society through active participation in the charitable activities like holding free eye camps since 1992. Have the credit of organising 2000+ free eye camps and operating 45000 patients in free eye surgery camps. Remained member of Committee on Public Accounts and Committee on Privileges of Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Presently, member of Committee on Panchayati Raj Institutions of Punjab Vidhan Sabha.
